What are your store hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, and our team answers WhatsApp messages from early morning until late evening so you can collect or return gear around your trek schedule.
Am I responsible for delivery costs associated with gear?
No. Delivery within Moshi and Arusha is free of charge.
How long does it take to deliver the gear?
Around 2 hours within Moshi and Arusha, delivered straight to your hotel, lodge or campsite.
How do I reserve equipment?
Message us on WhatsApp at +255 767 691 910 or email footonkiliadventure@gmail.com with your climb dates, route and sizes. We hold your kit and confirm the total price before you arrive.
Is the gear clean and inspected?
Yes. Every item is washed, dried and inspected after each rental. Sleeping bags get fresh liners and boots are checked for sole and lace condition.
Can I rent a full Kilimanjaro package?
Yes. We build complete head-to-toe packages covering boots, layers, sleeping systems, poles, headlamps and duffles, with a 20% discount on multi-item and group rentals.
Do you also organise Kilimanjaro treks?
Yes. This website is operated by Wilderness Footprints Tanzania, a Tanzania-based tour operator running Kilimanjaro trekking, wildlife safaris and East African adventures.
